Every kitten develops on an individual schedule. Kittens normally go home between 12 to 16 weeks, after they are fully weaned, litter trained, appropriately vaccinated, vet-checked, and personally judged ready by Dawn. No kitten is rushed out before they are ready.

Every Shady Spots kitten goes home with a starter kit including food samples (the brand they've been eating), care instructions, a comfort item with familiar scents, and their health records and vaccine documentation. Your kitten will be vaccinated and vet-checked before pickup.

We offer an 18-month genetic soundness guarantee. If your kitten develops a hereditary genetic condition within that timeframe and it is documented by a licensed veterinarian, we will work with you to make it right. We also have a lifelong safe-return policy — if life circumstances change and you truly cannot keep your Bengal, we will help you find them a loving new home.

Once you've connected with Dawn and decided on your kitten, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit holds your kitten and removes them from availability. The balance is due at pickup. Contact us directly for current deposit amounts and terms.

Our primary pickup location is Silver Springs, NV. If you're in California, the Pacific Northwest, or out of state, reach out and we can discuss your options. We want to make sure your kitten arrives safely and as stress-free as possible — contact us to discuss your specific situation.
